Which Organ Shall We Eat Today?

Hello all. We're back in the land of Pig Organ Soup, the ubiquitous Fish Spa, and "Carrot Cake" that looks more like a Waffle House omelet. Ah, joy!

The flights were uneventful and we rested for several hours in the Changi Singapore Airport, so things are pretty good overall. I say "overall" because Tiger Airways cancelled our morning flight and we are stranded in Changi. While Singapore's airport is not at all an uncomfortable place (they even have free Internet), it is pretty far outside of our jet-lag recovery plan. Anyway, that's life on the road.

Anne and I now plan to wander the corridors and stare at people like zombies and occasionally ask passersby for "Brains?!" Either that or we'll be eating a lot of horrible and expensive airport food.

In any case, it should be fun.

Tips-of-the-day: the best airport food (we've yet found) was in Mumbi's International airport; and the world's best train station food can generally be found in India or Italy (those two tie).

Yep, it's all about food with us.
